Description:
Under the "Nayi Pahal Kit" initiative, the required activity details were entered/completed in the previous month. However, the corresponding incentive is being generated in the current month instead of the month in which the activity was actually completed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Nayi Pahal Kit initiative/module.
2. Enter and complete the required activity details in a previous month.
3. Save/submit the activity.
4. Check the generated incentive in the Incentive module.
5. Verify the incentive month.

Actual Result:
The incentive is generated in the current month, even though the activity was completed in the previous month.

Expected Result:
The incentive should be generated in the same month in which the activity was completed, irrespective of when the data is entered or synced.
