Currently, there is household and beneficiary registration ongoing in the field.
The data is going to stoptb.piramalswasthya.org (central DB).

Camps will be starting at these locations soon.
When camp starts, a registrar at the camp must be able find the same beneficiary they registered in the system through field visits.

For this to happen, a subset of the central DB data relevant to that geographical area must be down synced to the laptop running at the camp.

Further activities like editing this record, health transactions will happen in the camp.
In the evening the users at the camp must be able to upsync the data through MMU UI to central without issues.
