The Provisional Diagnosis field is integrated with SNOMED CT for disease search. However, when typing any disease name in the Provisional Diagnosis field, the application displays "End of Results" instead of returning matching SNOMED CT diagnoses. This issue is occurring in both the HWC and MHWC applications.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the HWC or MHWC application.
2. Open a beneficiary consultation.
3. Navigate to the Provisional Diagnosis field.
4. Type any disease name (e.g., Fever, Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma).
5. Observe the search results.

Current Result:

• The search displays "End of Results" for every disease entered.
• No SNOMED CT diagnosis suggestions are returned.

Expected Result:

• The Provisional Diagnosis field should fetch and display matching SNOMED CT disease suggestions based on the entered text.
• Users should be able to select the appropriate diagnosis from the search results.
