Description:
During validation of incentive configurations in the FLW CG application, it was found that the incentive amounts configured in the database do not match the approved incentive amounts mentioned in the Incentive Excel Sheet and Dawa Patar.
The following discrepancies were identified:

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the FLW CG application ID asha82.
- Navigate to the Incentive module.
- Verify the incentive amount for the above activities.
- Compare the configured amount with the approved Incentive Excel Sheet and Dawa Patar.
Actual Result:
The incentive amounts configured in the application/database are different from the approved rates mentioned in the Incentive Excel Sheet and Dawa Patar.
Expected Result:
The incentive amount configured in the FLW CG application should exactly match the approved rates specified in the Incentive Excel Sheet and Dawa Patar for all incentive activities.
