Description:
In the Malaria → RDT Test module, the incentive is generated only when the user submits the RDT test without selecting the test result.

However, if the user selects the RDT Test Result as Positive or Negative and submits the form, the incentive is not generated.

As per the business logic, the incentive should be generated regardless of whether the RDT test result is selected as Positive or Negative.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the FLW application.
2. Navigate to Malaria → RDT Test.
3. Select a beneficiary.
4. Perform the RDT test.
5. Select the RDT Test Result as Positive or Negative.
6. Submit the form.
7. Verify the generated incentives.

Actual Result:

• Incentive is generated only when the RDT test is submitted without selecting a result.
• When Positive or Negative is selected, no incentive is generated.

Expected Result:

• The RDT Test incentive should be generated after successful submission, irrespective of whether the user selects Positive or Negative as the RDT test result, as per the defined incentive logic.
