Incentive

Assisting in conducting four antenatal check-ups for pregnant women

Issue:
When completing the 4th ANC visit with a visit date from the previous month, the incentive is being generated in the current month instead of the month in which the visit was completed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Maternal Health → ANC Visit → Add ANC Visit.
2. Open an eligible beneficiary.
3. Complete the 4th ANC visit.
4. Select a visit date from the previous month.
5. Save and sync the record.
6. Verify the generated incentive.

Actual Result:
The incentive is generated in the current month's incentive cycle.

Expected Result:
The incentive should be generated in the previous month's incentive cycle, based on the actual ANC 4th visit date.

Impact:
Incorrect incentive month mapping may lead to inaccurate monthly incentive calculations, reporting, and payments.
