      Post demo with NHA, identified the following items need to be addressed for completing the V3 migrations.

      • Add PDF Base64 content to health records response.
      • Fix Discovery and Health Record Linking flow from PHR App.
      • Fix Consent Revocation synchronization when consent is revoked from PHR.
      • In the consent list, the name of the beneficiary should be visible
