      Dear Team,

      We have identified observations on Stop-TB UAT data.

      1. DOB is getting extra filed column
      2. IsTBconfirmed getting blank under TrueNat result as positive
      3. Screening Table and Suspected table mapping is different, one contains benregid, one is beneficiaryid. It was not possible to map the two tables.
      4. Household data is missing for Beneficiaryid:
        875129498404
