It is identified that district is mapped to wrong District instead of actual District:
Actually User (Registrar) in the Mobile is Mapped to a work location, i.e. State, District, Block and Villages (Ex: Odisha, District: Koraput, Block: Kotpad and its Villages).
But when this User (Registrar) does Beneficiary registration, in the backend db for Beneficiaries records showing different District (i.e. District: Nicobar); showing as Nicobar instead of Koraput.
