Dockendra Clinic: Consultation case not submited from MO screen

      As per our previous ticket and discussion on this, we kept on hold.

      Again, we are facing a challenge with one of the locations where the Medical Officer have facing an issue while submitting the case, it's showing an error "Query did not return a unique result: 2 results were returned". I have checked that there is no duplicate chief complaint that we have faced previously.
