we are currently unable to activate user IDs from the Provider Admin login in the Star Health (Doc Kendra TM) project. Whenever a user account is locked or deactivated, the system displays the message: "Please contact administrator or try after 24 hours" like this.
At present, such accounts can only be activated from the database side, which takes additional time and is impacting day-to-day operations.
