      We are facing an issue in the 1097 application where agents are being automatically logged out after 8 hours due to session expiration.

      Current Scenario :
      Automatic logout occurs after 8 hours of continuous login.

      Expected Requirement :
      The session timeout limit should be increased to a minimum of 10 hours 15 minutes to support agents throughout their complete shift duration without interruption.
