In Employee registration for username allow specific special character

In Provider Admin Module:

Under Employee Master >> Employee Registration

for Username filed currently accepts only alphanumeric character
current change request is also accept specific special character like "_" and "-" only between characters of Username.
Example: TS_HYD_DIL_RG_0001
