Previously, multiple users were able to log in simultaneously to the admin portal and perform activities such as ASHA user ID creation and village mapping without any issue. However, after yesterday’s deployment, the portal is allowing only one active login session at a time.
Now, if a second user logs in, the first user immediately receives a “Session Expired” message and gets logged out from the portal. Due to this issue, only one person is able to work on user ID creation or village mapping at a time, while other users must wait until the first user completes the work. This will significantly hamper operations across all 5 districts, especially for concurrent ASHA user creation and location mapping activities.
Additionally, I am continuously receiving requests from multiple districts regarding locked user IDs. To resolve such cases, I need to log in to the admin portal and reactivate the IDs. During that time, if another team member is working on user creation or village mapping, their session gets expired automatically, causing interruption in their work as well.
Kindly review this issue on priority, as the current session restriction is impacting district-level operational activities.
