Activity Name:

• Ensuring for complete immunization (1 - 2 years). (Assam S. No. 13)
• Ensuring completion of second-year booster immunization - (CG: S. No. 7, MIPS Activity Code: 56)

Incentive Logic:
Immunization module for Children Age between 1-2 year,
If below all 3 Vaccination is completed for any Child then ASHA is eligible for this incentive per child in the month of last given vaccine date.
1. Measles - 2 ("Measles & Rubella (MR) – 2")
2. OPV Booster
3. DPT Booster 1
 
Follow this below step to test:
1. Register a child with 16 Months Age, and fill all above 3 Vaccines/ as per schedule on due date.
