Post deployment_ECD Call Configuration Issue

      After deployment,

      Current Scenario- calls are available to make dial once only instead of 3 times which we configured. 

       

      Expected Scenario- If agent make a call and that call is not connected or not answered then according to configuration, it should show the attempted and give the remaining attempt to dial again.
