      After deployment, we identified some issues, which are listed below:

      1. The Ombudsman List is not opening in KM Docs. I have also attached a screenshot for your reference.

      2.In the call, first beneficiary record is not showing in the Beneficiaries Details section. I have also attached the log file for your reference.
