1. In the pre-production environment, after the customer disconnects the call, the system does not redirect to the Closure page. In the current production environment, the system successfully redirects to the Closure page.
2. In the pre-production environment, after the call transfer, the page does not reflect automatically. In the current production environment, the page reflects automatically.
3. In the pre-production environment, the call does not close after the 2-minute wrap-up time. However, in the current production environment, the call closes automatically after the 2-minute wrap-up period.
