In Immunization API certain values are missing in submission

      The issue with CreatedDate and LastModDate appears to be from the backend side.
      (issue: CreatedDate and LastModDate values are saving wrong in db.)

      Additionally, the following fields need to be updated from your side:

      • ProviderServiceMapID
      • BenVisitID
      • SyncedDate (timestamp)
      • ActualReceivingAge

      Please check and update these accordingly.
