Incentive Logic:

After Delivery, in the PNC visits of Day-1, Day-3 and Day-7 only,

If 'Method of Contraception' (Family Planning Method) is "POST PARTUM STERILIZATION (PPS)" or "Minilap" is selected and date of sterilization is provided, then ASHA is eligible per case for this Incentive claim in the month of date of sterilization.

Note: This is a one‑time incentive per beneficiary and must not be claimed more than once. The system shall maintain a unique beneficiary‑level flag to prevent duplicate incentive claims.
