In Assam ECD and 104 AMRIT Application Issue After yesterday power incident

      Today we observed a login issue in the ECD application with the following error message:
      "Session expired. Please login again to continue."
      Additionally, we observed that the Sub Category option is not selectable in the Hybrid_CO credential. 
      Kindly look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.
