As an ANM, I want to view the previously added HRP (High-Risk Pregnancy) reason when a case is reassigned back to me from the MO bucket, so that I have full clinical context before proceeding with ANC/PNC calls.

Business Requirements:

• If HRP reason was added before transfer to MO:
  • It must remain saved in the system.
• After case is reallocated back to ANM:
  • HRP reason should be visible on:
    • ANM Worklist (if applicable), and/or
    • Case details screen.
• No manual re-entry of HRP reason should be required.
• Historical HRP reason must not be overwritten unless explicitly edited.

Acceptance Criteria:

• HRP reason persists after transfer between buckets.
• HRP reason is visible to ANM upon reassignment.
• No data duplication or loss occurs.
• Works for both ANC and PNC cases.
• System maintains complete audit trail of transfers.
