ECD: MO – Reassign Calls to ANM & ECD Movement to MO Bucket

      As a Medical Officer (MO), I want the ability to reassign calls to ANM as Regular ANC/PNC calls from my worklist screens, so that cases are routed appropriately without workflow disruption.

      Additionally, I want an option to move cases into the MO bucket using ECD logic (if applicable).

      Reassignment to ANM

      MO should be able to reassign calls as:

      • Regular ANC
      • Regular PNC

      From the following screens:

      • Call Closer Screen
      • Questionnaire Screen

      Upon reassignment:

      • Case should move to ANM worklist.
      • No duplicate case should be created.
      • Complete audit trail should be maintained.

      ECD-Based Movement (To Be Validated)

      Add an option for MO to move a case into the MO bucket using ECD (Expected Call Date).

      Developer validation required on:

      • Whether ECD exists in current data model.
      • Whether bucket movement can be:
        • Manual (button-based), or
        • Auto-triggered based on ECD threshold.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • MO can reassign calls from Worklist, Call Closer, and Questionnaire screens.
      • Case moves correctly to ANM bucket.
      • Audit trail captures:
        • Reassigned by
        • Date & Time
        • Previous bucket
        • New bucket
      • No data loss during reassignment.
      • ECD movement feasibility confirmed by development team.
      • If feasible, ECD-based movement works without breaking existing workflows.
