Information captured in Nurse Module disappears in Doctor Module

      1.  The Risky Sexual Practice Status entered in the Nurse Module is not displayed in the Doctor Module. However, the same information is correctly printed in the Case Sheet, indicating a display or data-mapping issue specific to the Doctor Module.

       

      2.  ANC Immunization(TT 1 and TT 2) date is getting changed
