As a Doctor, I want the provisional diagnosis list in the AMRIT MMU application to be replaced with a corrected SNOMED CT–based diagnosis list, so that I can select accurate, standardized diagnoses without duplication or incorrect entries, ensuring better clinical documentation and reporting.

Description:

The current provisional diagnosis list in the AMRIT MMU application contains duplicate entries and incorrect diagnoses, leading to confusion and inaccurate data capture.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The provisional diagnosis list is fully replaced with the corrected SNOMED CT diagnosis list.
• Each diagnosis displayed is mapped to a valid SNOMED CT code.
• Duplicate diagnosis entries are completely removed.
• Incorrect or obsolete diagnoses are not visible in the list.
• Doctors can search and select diagnoses easily using the updated list.
• Selected diagnoses are saved and displayed correctly in patient records.
• No impact on existing workflows related to consultation, prescription, or reports.
• The solution works consistently across all MMU deployments.
