In UAT admin for 1097 provider not able to create Create Institute Subdirectory

      In UAT admin for 1097 provider not able to Create Institute Subdirectory. 

      Login in admin 

      Userid - vikash1097 

      Password - Test@123

      Go to activities --> click on Institute Subdirectory Master ---> click on add Institute 

      When i am adding institute Subdirectory its showing blank page and back also not happening. Kindly check the issue.
