Log in to the MMU web with valid credentials

Complete the nurse flow with any of the visit categories

once doctor completes the module with investigation, diagnosis and prescription

Lab tech will submit the report value and submit

Again doctor will see the report and update the record

Expected Scenario- Record should be getting updated

Current Scenario-  It's loading n loading, it may be happening due to SMS temp config missing in the admin(some SMStype error dueto service id)-   we can skip the prescription sms via disabling it
