Log in to the application with valid credentials

 register a beneficiary and complete nurse visit&vital flow with general opd(qc)

In the doctor module, mention the diagnosis/investigation/prescription

from lab module- update the report and submit

Go to doctor again and update the same record.

Expected Behavior- Flow should work and getting updated without any issue.

Current Behavior- update button is disabled and generation error in console.
