      When a call is landed on the HAO screen, the existing beneficiary details are not displayed immediately. There is a delay of approximately 50–60 seconds/sometimes not even visible before the beneficiary information becomes visible.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log in to the 104 application as HAO.
      1. Receive an incoming call from an existing beneficiary.
      1. Observe the HAO screen after the call is connected.

      Expected Result

      The existing beneficiary details should be displayed immediately or within a few seconds after the call is landed.

      Actual Result

      The beneficiary details appear after a 50–60 seconds delay/sometimes not even visible.
