This incentive is applicable whenever required no fixed frequency and mostly duration of this Filariasis MDA campaign is for 3 days. If ASHA conducts this Filariasis MDA Distribution campaign, then ASHA is eligible to claim this incentive.

ASHA is eligible for this incentive claim after submitting this campaign request with campaign start date and end date are mandatory.
