This incentive is applicable once in a months for ASHA participating in ‘Pulse Polio campaign’. And Yearly 2 campaigns are allowed in the Calendar Year.

If ASHA conducts this ‘Pulse Polio campaign’, then ASHA is eligible to claim this incentive.

ASHA is eligible for this incentive claim after submitting this campaign request, with campaign start date and end date are mandatory.
