As an outbound call agent, I want to capture Activity, Call Status, and Remarks for each outbound call, so that outcomes of outbound calls are consistently tracked and managed.
Introduce a new section called “Call Activity Details” in the Outbound Call screen to capture call-related information.
This section will include:
- Activity (configurable dropdown)
- Call Status (fixed dropdown values)
- Remarks (free-text)
The Activity dropdown values must be configurable by Admin/Supervisor users.
Functional Requirements
Activity (Outbound Call)
- Displayed as a dropdown on the outbound call screen
- Values are configurable via Admin/Supervisor configuration screen
- Admin/Supervisor capabilities:
- Add new activities
- Edit existing activities
- Enable/disable (or remove) activities
- Only active activities are shown to outbound agents
- Activity is mandatory for outbound calls
Call Status
- Displayed as a dropdown
- Fixed values:
- Answered
- Not Answered
- Did Not Want Further Call
- Mandatory field for outbound calls
Remarks
- Free-text input
- Optional
- Supports up to 500 characters
