Immediately after logging in as a Quality Supervisor, an error popup appears on the dashboard. The popup shows an HTTP 404 error for the API responsible for loading CSAT score data.

The error prevents dashboard charts from loading.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in with Quality Supervisor credentials(credential- koushora).
2. Wait for the dashboard to load.
3. Observe the error popup displayed on screen.

Actual Result:

A popup appears showing the following message:

Http failure response for https://uatamrit.piramalswasthya.org/ecd-api/charts/getCSatScoreByPSMIdAndFrequency/CycleWise: 404 OK

Dashboard chart sections do not load due to API failure.

Expected Result:

No error popup should appear.
Dashboard charts should load successfully without API failures.
