Dropdown lists across the application (e.g., Agent Name, Role,  etc.) are not displayed in alphabetical order. This affects usability and makes selection difficult.

Expected Result:
All dropdown values should be sorted alphabetically (A–Z) consistently across every module and role.

Actual Result:
Dropdowns appear in random or backend order.
