When logged in as an Associate and navigating to the Outbound Worklist, the Mother Records table takes several minutes to load. The screen initially appears blank, and data populates only after a long delay. This significantly affects usability and prevents timely call handling by associates.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in as an Associate(credential - dhanistaboro).
- Go to Outbound Worklist.
- Select the “Mother Records” tab or "Child Records".
- Observe the data load time.
Expected Result:
- Mother Records should load within 2–3 seconds.
- A loading indicator should be displayed if data retrieval takes longer than expected.
- Page responsiveness should not be affected.
Actual Result:
- Mother Records table loads only after a few minutes.
- Page remains idle with no loading indicator or progress message.
- Overall performance is very slow.
