Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application.
2. Switch the language to Assamese.
3. Navigate to Nurse ->Select Beneficiary→ Visit Details.
4. Observe the section names and dropdown fields on the page.

Expected Result:
All section titles, dropdown labels, and dropdown option text should be fully translated into Assamese when Assamese language is selected.

Actual Result:
Multiple section titles and dropdown fields appear in English, including but not limited to:

• Section names: “Birth & Immunization History”, “Immunization Services”
• Dropdown fields: “New Chief Complaint”, “Childhood & Adolescent Healthcare…”
