Registration – Beneficiary Consent popup displays English text even when language is set to Assamese

      When the application language is switched to Assamese, the Beneficiary Consent popup in the Registration page continues to display its content in English.
      This results in incomplete localization and inconsistent user experience for Assamese-speaking users, as all UI elements are expected to reflect the selected language.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to the application.
      2. Change the application language to Assamese.
      3. Navigate to the Registration page.
      4. Click on the Registration section to trigger the Beneficiary Consent popup.
      5. Observe that the popup content appears in English instead of Assamese.

      Expected Result:
      All text within the Beneficiary Consent popup should be fully translated and displayed in Assamese when that language is selected.

      Actual Result:
      The entire popup content remains in English, causing incomplete localization.
