API for NPCB - Enable Cataract Surgery Tracking for Eligible Beneficiaries Aged 30+ Years (Govt. & Private Facility)

      As an ASHA I want to filter beneficiaries aged 30+ and alive, and record cataract surgery-related data, so that I can ensure proper tracking and follow-up under the NPCB initiative for cataract treatment in both government and private facilities.

      Acceptance Criteria

      Filter and Beneficiary Listing

      • A new filter option "Age above 30 years" is available in the Beneficiary section.
      • When this filter is selected, only beneficiaries aged 30 years and above with status = "Alive" are displayed.
      • Beneficiaries are sorted based on the above condition (Age ≥ 30 and Alive).

      Eye Surgery Action Options

      • For each Beneficiary card (meeting filter criteria), display an "Add Eye Surgery" button along with View and Edit options.

      Eye Surgery Form Fields

      When Add Eye Surgery is clicked, display a form with the following fields:

      Field Description / Validation
      Visit Date Default: NULL; Cannot be greater than Today's date; Used for monthly tracking
      Symptoms Observed Multi-select: Blurred Vision, Difficulty Seeing at Night, Sensitivity to Light, White/Gray Spot in Eye, Other
      Eye Affected Options: Left, Right, Both
      Referred To Free text / dropdown to capture referral facility (Govt. or Private)
      Follow-up Status Options: Surgery Done, Awaiting Surgery, Declined Surgery
      Date of Surgery Optional; Cannot be greater than Today's date
      File Upload (Discharge Summary) Upload PDF/JPG/PNG; mandatory if Follow-up Status = "Surgery Done"

      Form Actions

      • Submit Button to save the record.
      • On successful submission, confirmation message shown: "Eye Surgery details saved successfully."
      • Saved records can be viewed and edited under View/Edit Eye Surgery options.
