As an ASHA, I want to record and report the provision of IFA bottles to children between 6 months to 5 years, so that I can ensure proper tracking and receive incentives for mobilizing and ensuring compliance under the NIPI program.
Acceptance Criteria
IFA Bottle Distribution Recording
- ASHA must be able to select the "Date of provision of IFA Bottle" from a calendar.
- The date must be in dd-mm-yyyy format.
- The selected date:
- Cannot be a future date.
- Cannot be within the same month if an IFA bottle was already provided for that child.
- Must be at least 1 month apart from the previous entry.
MCP Card Upload
- ASHA must upload an image of the MCP Card (IFA section) as proof.
- Only 1 image per entry is allowed upto 5MB.
- The system should allow the user to update with the latest image if needed.
MCP Card Viewing
- ASHA can view the uploaded MCP Card images associated with each IFA provision entry.
Submit Button Functionality
- Upon submission, the system should:
- Validate all required fields.
- Display a table showing date-wise provision of IFA bottles for the selected child.
- Allow entries only if they pass the validation logic.
Incentive Eligibility Logic
- The system checks for at least one valid IFA bottle provision entry per month.
- If the condition is met, ASHA is marked eligible for:
- ₹100 incentive under “Child Health” > S. No. 11 in the Incentive Master Claim form.
Table Display Requirements
- A table should display:
- Year-wise list of IFA bottle issues.
- For each child, show:
- Bottle number (e.g., Bottle 1, Bottle 2, etc.)
- Date of provision
