Current Behaviour: Doctor signature is printing on case sheet after consultation although signature was deactivated. If we activate the signature after the consultation then still doctor signature is printing on case sheet.

Expected Behaviour: Doctor signature should not print on case sheet, if signature was deactivated during consultation. If we activate the signature after the consultation then doctor signature should not print on case sheet.
