As an ASHA, I want to record ORS distribution details per household through a digital form, so that I can ensure accurate data entry for under-five children and receive correct incentives.
Acceptance Criteria:
Visit Date
- Field Type: Date picker (calendar input)
- Validation:
- Mandatory field
- Format: dd-mm-yyyy
- Cannot be a future date
- Default value should be null (empty
Household ID
- Field Type: Alphanumeric
- Validation:
- Mandatory field
- System must validate that ID is unique
- If duplicate ID is entered, error message should display: "Household ID already exists."
- ID may be system-generated or user-input but must be unique
Number of Under-5 Children
- Field Type: Numeric input
- Allowed Range: 0–10
- Validation:
- Mandatory field
- Must be ≥ 1 for ORS packets to be distributed
- If input is 0, system should show warning: "ORS distribution requires at least 1 child under age 5."
Number of ORS Packets Distributed
- Field Type: Numeric input
- Allowed Range: 0–20
- Validation:
- Mandatory field
- Cannot exceed (No. of U-5 Children) × 2
- If exceeded, show error: "ORS packets cannot exceed twice the number of U-5 children."
Incentive Status
- Field Type: System-calculated (read-only)
- Logic:
- If valid number of ORS packets distributed, ASHA is Eligible
- Otherwise, status is Not Eligible
- Incentive = Rs. 1 × number of ORS packets distributed
- Reference:
- As per Incentive Master Claim form under 'Child Health' section S. No. 9: "Incentive for IDCF for prophylactic distribution of ORS to family with under-five children" – Rs. 1 per packet
