As a ABDM compliant, I want to automatically create any missing tables or SPs for each health record type, so that the FHIR resource generation process has the required data inputs.

Acceptance Criteria:

• On validation failure, appropriate creation scripts are executed.
• Creation logic is modular per record type (e.g., immunization, opd, etc.).
• Creation logs include:
  • Script name
  • Status (Success/Failure)
  • Timestamp
• Supports rollback on creation failure.
