Doc Kendra TM: In finding section, unable to see chief complaint entered by Nurse and Doctor

      Issue: Under Case record (finding section), doctor is unable to see Chief complaint which has been entered by Nurse and also chief complaint entered by Doctor disappears. Although all the chief complaints are visible in visit details and also on the Case Sheet.
