As an ASHA worker, I want to submit details of a quarterly MAA meeting through a structured form so that I can maintain compliance and receive incentives for conducting the meeting.

Acceptance Criteria:

MAA Meeting Date Field

• Type: Date Picker (Format: DD/MM/YYYY)

• Field is mandatory

• Must not be a future date

• Must allow backdate up to 2 months

• Only one meeting per quarter (max 4 per calendar year) should be allowed.

Place Field

• Type: Dropdown

• Options:

• • HWC

• • Anganwadi Centre

• • Community Center

Number of Participants Attended

• Type: Numeric

• Range: 0–999

• Field is mandatory

• Only numeric input allowed

Meeting Photos / MoM Copy

• Type: File Upload

• Allow up to 5 images

• Acceptable file types: JPEG, PNG, PDF

• Maximum file size: 5 MB per file

• Must allow at least 2 photos to be uploaded

Submit Button Behavior

• On clicking Submit:

• • Validate all mandatory fields are filled

• • If not, show popup:
    "Please fill all mandatory fields before submitting."

• • Highlight all unfilled mandatory fields in red

Incentive Logic

On successful submission:

Add ₹100 incentive per ASHA for one meeting per quarter
