Currently, the scroller for the Provisional Diagnosis field displays only the first 10 matching records when typing a diagnosis. This limitation can prevent users from finding the correct option if it's not in the top 10 results.

Expected Behavior:
When a user types into the Provisional Diagnosis field, all matching records should be displayed in the dropdown (or made scrollable), not limited to just 10.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Go to the Provisional Diagnosis field.
• Start typing a common term (e.g., "diabetic").
• Observe that only 10 options appear in the dropdown, even though more exist.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The dropdown should display all matching records, not just the first 10.
• If too many results exist, enable scrolling or pagination within the dropdown.
• Performance should not be significantly impacted by the increased number of displayed items.
