As an ASHA, I want the system to auto-calculate and apply an additional ₹1000/- monthly incentive under the State Government Budget, so that I can receive the full eligible amount without needing to claim it manually.

Acceptance Criteria:+

• Eligibility:
  • All users with the ASHA role should be eligible for the additional ₹1000/- incentive per month, under the State Govt. scheme.
• Auto-Calculation in Incentive Claim Form:
  • The system should automatically add ₹1000/- under a separate line item titled:
    “Additional Incentive – State Budget”
• Monthly Inclusion:
  • The ₹1000/- should appear in the monthly incentive claim form regardless of routine activity status (unless specified otherwise by state policy).
