This sub-module supports the deworming of children at the community level, ensuring the coverage of out-of-school children through ASHA-led mobilization. It tracks deworming status, location of administration (school/home visit), and age group eligibility, thereby ensuring proper monitoring of the deworming process.

As per incentive logic, ASHA is eligible for ₹100 per round per ASHA for mobilizing out-of-school children under National Deworming Day (FMR Code 3.1.1.1.6).

Acceptance Criteria:

• If "Deworming Round Done?" = Yes → incentive of ₹100 (FMR Code 3.1.1.1.6) is added.

• Mandatory fields are enforced as per validation rules.

• Images restricted to JPEG/PNG ≤ 5MB, max 2 uploads.

• Correct capture of location (School/Home Visit).

• Incentive should reflect correctly in claim form.
