ASHA is eligible for incentives when an Institutional Delivery is recorded for an identified HRP case.

Definition of Institutional Delivery:
Delivery at any Public Facility.
Excludes deliveries where Place of Delivery = "Home", "In Transit", or "Other Private Hospital".

Incentive Logic:

• Maternal Health Section (Incentive Master Claim Form)
  • S. No. 20 → ASHA incentive for ensuring Institutional delivery of identified HRP → ₹100 per case
  • S. No. 21 → EPMSMA – Instt delivery → ₹100 per case
• ASHA Incentive under JSY Section (Incentive Master Claim Form)
  • Rural
    • 1st Delivery → Antenatal (₹300), Institutional Delivery (₹300)
    • 2nd Delivery → Antenatal (₹300), Institutional Delivery (₹300)
    • 3rd Delivery → Antenatal (₹200), Institutional Delivery (₹200)
    • 4th Delivery → Antenatal (₹100), Institutional Delivery (₹100)
  • Urban
    • Antenatal Component → ₹200 per case
    • Institutional Delivery → ₹200 per case

Note:
Residential type (Rural/Urban) will be taken from ASHA Profile.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Incentive is triggered only if HRP = Yes and Delivery = Institutional Delivery.
• Place of Delivery excludes "Home", "In Transit", and "Other Private Hospital".
• Incentives are calculated as per Incentive Master Claim Form (Maternal Health + JSY sections).
• Residential type (Rural/Urban) must be picked from ASHA profile.
• Incentive amount should reflect correctly in claim form.
