As a Health Information Provider (HIP), I want to transfer patient health records securely to an authorized Health Information User (HIU) via the ABDM Gateway, so that the HIU can access accurate and consented patient health data for treatment and continuity of care.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Consent Validation:
Data is only transferred after a valid and active consent artefact is verified through the ABDM Consent Manager.
      • Data Packaging:
HIP packages the relevant health records (e.g., diagnosis, lab results, prescriptions) in ABDM-compliant FHIR format.
      • Secure Transmission:
Health data is encrypted and transmitted to HIU through the ABDM Gateway using prescribed APIs.
      • Transaction Logging:
Each data transfer event is logged with timestamp, consent ID, HIP ID, and HIU ID.
      • Transfer Confirmation:
System receives and stores acknowledgment from HIU for successful data receipt.
      • Error Handling:
Appropriate error codes and messages are returned for invalid consent, expired sessions, or failed transfers.
