As an ASHA, I want the ANC visit field to be auto-selected based on the ANC date and editable based on my choice, so that I can ensure accurate ANC tracking and claim incentives efficiently.

Acceptance Criteria

1. ANC Visit Selection Logic

• The ANC Visit field should:

• • Be editable by the ASHA.

Have a default value auto-selected based on the ANC Date in relation to the LMP Date using the logic:

If the date falls outside all ranges, no default ANC value is pre-selected.

2. Incentive Logic

Incentive 1: ANC Registration in 1st Trimester

Eligibility: If Weeks of Pregnancy at registration ≤ 12 weeks.

Incentive: ₹50

Form Reference: Incentive Master Claim Form → Maternal Health → S. No. 16

Incentive 2: Full ANC Completed

Eligibility: If any 4 ANC Visits (ANC 1 to ANC 4) are completed for the Pregnant Woman.

Incentive: ₹100

3. Full ANC PDF Form Generation

• Once 4 ANC visits are completed:

• • A PDF Form is auto-generated.

• • Available for download from:

• • • Ben card

• • • Incentive section on the Line Listing card

PDF Form should include:

• ANC Visit Number

• ANC Visit Date

• Week of Pregnancy

• TT1 / TT2 / TT Booster status

• BP (Blood Pressure)

• Hb (Hemoglobin)

• Urine Test Result

• Number of IFA Tablets Given

• Doctor’s Name
